6th Annual Gampaha District Swimming Meet - 2009

6th Annual Gampaha District Swimming Meet was successfully held on 4th & 5th of July 2009 at the Regent International College Swimming Pool. The Swimming Meet was sanctioned by Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union and was well attended by over 400 participants representing 25 Schools & 11 Swimming Clubs in Gampaha District.

The Chief Guest at this Swimming Meet was the national swimmer Miss. Miniruwani Samarakoon (South Asian Games Medalist) and Mr. Anura Gunasekara the Managing Director and Mr. Nissanka Marapana the Principal of Regent International College were also among the guests presented at this meet.
